About the Role
We're building our sales development team and looking for a driven SDR who excels at prospecting and lead generation. This role is critical to fueling our enterprise sales pipeline.
In this role, you will:
- Research and identify target accounts at S&P 500 companies and consulting firms
- Execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, cold calls)
- Qualify leads and book meetings for enterprise sales team
- Build strong relationships with decision makers
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce
- Hit weekly/monthly activity targets and SLA metrics
About you:
- 1-3 years of B2B sales development or inside sales experience
- Excellent communication and persistence
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales tools
- Ability to research and identify decision makers
- High work ethic and competitive nature
- Coachable and willing to learn
