About the Role
We're scaling our sales organization and need an experienced manager to build and lead the team. This is a strategic role that combines sales execution with team building and coaching.
In this role, you will:
- Build and expand the sales team from 3 to 10+ reps
- Manage team quota, pipeline, and forecasting
- Recruit, hire, and train high-performing sales reps
- Coach reps to success and develop future leaders
- Design and implement sales processes and playbooks
- Manage sales analytics and KPIs
- Own team revenue targets
About you:
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
- 2+ years of sales management or team leadership
- Track record of building and scaling sales teams
- Experience with both enterprise and mid-market sales
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Excited about building a world-class sales organization
