About the Role
Looking for a driven sales professional to join our inside sales team. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a sales career with strong base pay and uncapped earning potential.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a territory of SMB accounts ($10k-$50k ARR)
- Execute inbound and outbound prospecting
- Conduct product demos and pitch PowerFile solutions
- Close deals through phone, video, and email
- Build relationships and upsell to existing customers
- Hit weekly activity and revenue targets
About you:
- 1-3 years of phone sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Proficiency with sales tools (CRM, dialer, etc.)
- Track record of hitting targets and quotas
- Enthusiasm for sales and customer success
