About the Role

Join our growing customer success team. This role is critical to ensuring our customers get maximum value from PowerFile and become promoters of our product. In this role, you will: - Manage 20-30 customer accounts post-sale - Own customer onboarding and training - Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews - Identify product adoption issues and work with support - Find and qualify upsell/expansion opportunities - Reduce churn through proactive engagement - Gather customer feedback and share insights with product About you: - 2-4 years of customer success or account management experience - Track record of improving retention and expanding accounts - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to build strong customer relationships - Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools - Passion for customer outcomes and success
