About the Role
Help us scale PowerFile through strategic partnerships. This role combines business development, account management, and partner enablement to build a thriving channel ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners
- Build and manage relationships with 20-50 active partners
- Develop partner programs (pricing, margins, incentives)
- Provide training, marketing materials, and support
- Track partner pipeline and revenue
- Drive partner deal registration and compliance
- Expand existing partner relationships and identify upsell opportunities
About you:
- 3-5 years of channel sales or partner management experience
- Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building
- Ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously
- Track record of driving channel revenue
